You can buy a TRRS plug ofcourse, but if you don’t want to, here are the correct test points on which you can solder the audio/video output and connect your own Jack-Audio/ RCA Video Out apparatus.

PP25 AUDIO_L
PP26 AUDI_R
and get a GND somewhere, PP34 for example. Below a detailed example of the scavenged adapter.
